The most important step is getting to know you. This begins with research and conversations to understand your mission and the purpose of your event. We will help you plan the format and take into consideration where fundraising fits into the program. While we don’t directly solicit donations, we provide our expertise in strategy for this vital aspect of your event.

 Before Your Event

Our first step is establishing your budget and balancing it with your objectives to make sure that your mission stays front and center. The mission is what you hope to achieve as well as what drives the donations that make it possible, and every aspect of the experience we plan will support that.

We will create a timeline of deliverables, a list of key stakeholders, and a comprehensive project plan. Through conversations with these stakeholders we will determine and book the needed venue, vendors, and talent. We can also advise you on everything from sponsorship levels to travel arrangements.

During Your Event

The Stratus team, along with vendors and your staff, will take care of every aspect of the guest experience at your event. We can be as involved or as hands-off as you want, on stage or behind the scenes. We coordinate registration, run of show, security, tech, and everything in between.

After Your Event

When your event is over, we take care of wrapping things up. We can coordinate vendor invoicing and payment. We also evaluate the performance of vendors and contractors, as well as elicit feedback from your key stakeholders. We want to ensure that you were satisfied with your experience and learn how we can build on our success in the future.
