Our processes are adaptable to meet the needs of our corporate clients and the unique experience at hand. In general, we start by learning more about your organization, event, needs, goals, and timeline. When we first meet with your team, we come prepared with research about your event and a proposed plan already in hand so we can hit the ground running.

Before Your Event

Early in the process, our team assesses your budget and vendor needs and builds out your project with a detailed timeline of milestones and deliverables. In the months and weeks leading up to your event, we solicit vendors and onboard them as well as any sponsors or speakers. We also conduct site visits to prepare on-site setup, as well as manage all planning and communications with your team, vendors, sponsors, speakers or program participants, and VIPs.

During Your Event

During the event, our on-site staff keep everything running smoothly, including lead roles for logistics, production, programming, registration, vendor management, security coordination, supplies and transportation management, content capture, and guest experience for attendees, speakers, and VIPs.

After Your Event

After your event, we coordinate invoicing and payment for all vendors in a timely manner. To ensure that you had a successful experience and can make the most of it for future events, we perform evaluations on vendor and contractor performance, as well as meet with your internal stakeholders for a post-event evaluation with key takeaways and insights for the future.
