Event Challenge: The client for this event was a huge DC foodie and wanted a way to represent that, as well as cure a sweet tooth.  Working with Ridgewells Catering, we developed a menu of different stations with everything from paella to hand-rolled sushi. As for the sweet tooth, we partnered with a local candy vendor and created the world’s greatest dessert station.  Finally, the client valued great service too so we curated additional staff specifically for the client to supplement the caterers staff.
